ORDERING

HOW TO ORDER?
You can place your orders through our website or email them to sales@littlejewels.com.sg.  

To place orders through our website, browse Little Jewels collection and simply add to your shopping bag the products you want to buy. If you have items for personalization, select the relevant options and provide us the name you wish to sew. If you have more than one item for personalization, we would appreciate that you provide us the name to sew for each item.

When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

• Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
• The address you want to ship to.
• Your preferred shipping method (for shipping information, see below).
• Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
• Any promotional codes you have received.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify shipment of the products.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
Sign-in to your account to check your order status. If you have opted for registered delivery, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you so that you can track your package.

ORDER CANCELLATION
No cancellations allowed once an order is confirmed and submitted.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following forms of payment:

• Bank Transfer (Details on checkout page and confirmation email)
• Cheques (S$)(Details on checkout page and confirmation email). Orders will be processed upon acceptance of payment. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled after 5 working days.
• Little Jewels gift voucher
• Little Jewels reward points stored in your account.

Bank Transfer Payment
Details will be provided during checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail if you have opted for the bank transfer payment. After you have made the transfer, please email us at sales@littlejewels.com.sgquoting your order and transaction details.

Checks Payment
We accept only checks nominated in Singapore Dollars. Please write the check in the name of “Little Jewels”.  Mailing address will be provided to you upon checkout.
 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING PROCESS
Upon payment of your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days for Singapore and 7-9 business days for international order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
You can ask for your order to be shipped to another address than your billing address. Please mention it during checkout.

SHIPPING CHARGES – SINGAPORE
You can select your shipping options at checkout

Orders over 100 SGD is free of shipping charges, shipped with your choice of either standard or registered mail.

SHIPPING CHARGES - INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide, except for items such as diapers.

Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package. We cannot be responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to Little Jewels. We have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes, although our experience tells us that these fees are somewhat infrequent.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Packages refused by you due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country's postal system and will not be returned to us. You will receive no refund for these refused packages.

All international orders are sent by registered airmail. Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges.

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUND POLICY
Refunds, if necessary, will be at the sole discretion of Little Jewels' management team.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Our items have been carefully made to give you every satisfaction. However if you noticed any manufacturer-default, we will exchange your purchase. Little Jewels only accepts returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be made for a replacement of lower value. The costs and risks incurred by returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us within 5 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange quoting your order number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning. We advise to send your package back to us through an insured, traceable method.

For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice. For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 28 days from the date of invoice.  We will process the exchange once we have received the your original item(s).

GIFT VOUCHERS

PURCHASING A GIFT VOUCHER
Gift vouchers are sold online with a validity of 1 year and are available in denominations of SGD25, SGD50, SGD100, SGD150 and SGD200. Purchase them just like any other item in our store under the “Gift Voucher” category.  The value of the voucher will be updated in your account the next time you log in.

SENDING A GIFT VOUCHER
If you have gift voucher balances in your account, an option to “Send Gift Voucher” will appear under “Gift Voucher FAQ”.  You can then specify Recipient Name, Recipient Email, a Short Message and Amount of Gift Voucher you wish to send.

REDEEMING A GIFT VOUCHER
Your recipient will receive an email with your message, a Gift Voucher number and simple instructions to validate the voucher.

Your recipient will then have the option of using this payment method at checkout.
