WHAT IS THE REWARD POINTS PROGRAM ALL ABOUT? IT’S CONFUSING ME!

That’s really our way of saying “Thank You” and “We Hope to See You Soon!”.

While you shop at www.littlejewels.com.sg, you earn points for the money you spend (effective 1 March 2009).  Once earned, you’ll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at www.littlejewels.com.sg.

You will have the option at checkout whether to use your accumulated points.

OH, THAT’S NICE! WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS?

When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points.

All pending points are listed in your Shopping Points account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by Little Jewels.

Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

You will have the option at checkout whether to use your accumulated points.

HOW MUCH ARE MY POINTS WORTH?

Currently, for every S$1.00 spent at Little Jewels you'll earn 1 point.
For example:
          Product Cost:  S$100.00
          Value of Points Earned:  S$2.00

We reserve the right to make changes to the above rate at any time without prior notice. The rate shown here will always be current.

I NOW HAVE ACCUMULATED POINTS. HOW DO I REDEEM?

If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at Little Jewels.

You will have the option at checkout (at payment method) whether to use your accumulated points and how much to use.

Enter the amount of points you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available points. Feel free to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.  Sorry, we will issue further Reward Points only for the part of your purchase not paid with reward points!  :P

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING FEES? AND SALES ITEMS?

Sorry, Reward Points are not issued for shipping fees.  But we will still issue Reward Points for sales items. =)

ANY MINIMUM POINTS REQUIRED FOR REDEMPTION?

Currently, no minimum balance is required to redeem your points.

In the unlikely case that this changes, we will promptly update this FAQ.

I'D LIKE TO REFER A FRIEND.  WILL I GET REWARDED FOR IT?

Oh that's great! We trust you will enjoy our services and products and we're very happy to have you spread the word for us!  When you refer a friend and that friend makes a first purchase, we'll say 'thank you!' by adding 100 reward points to your account.

Refer a friend by entering his/her email address here:

Your friend will receive an email from us to join us.  When your referred friend places an order, a field for entering 'REFERRAL CODE' appears at checkout.  Your 'REFERRAL CODE' is your registered email address with us.  Upon completion and approval of the order, your account will increase by 100 Reward Points!

This means the more first time orders we receive from your referrals, the more Reward Points you receive!
