NOT SURE WHAT PRESENT TO GET? CONSIDER GIFT VOUCHERS!

Purchase Gift Vouchers under the “Gift Voucher” category, just like you would purchase any other items from our store. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account.  This will be shown under “Gift Vouchers Info” on the right of our website the next time you login.

HOW DO I THEN SEND IT TO MY FRIEND?

Once you see the value of the Gift Voucher added to your personal account, you will also see “Send Gift Voucher” just below it.  This will allow you to specify:

• Name of person you are sending the Gift Voucher to
• Email address of person you are sending the Gift Voucher to
• Amount of Gift Voucher you want to send (You don’t have to send the full amount in your Gift Voucher account! =))
• A nice sweet message that you wish to include in the email

You will then have 1 opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

HOW DOES MY FRIEND USE THE GIFT VOUCHER?

Your friend will receive an email with details of who sent the gift voucher, how much was sent, the Gift Voucher Number and your nice sweet message. Awww.

Your friend can print out the email for future reference (if he/she wishes).  To redeem, your friend clicks on the link in the email or enters our webpage.  At “payment options” during checkout, your friend will have the option of entering the Gift Voucher Number under “Redeem Code”.

CAN I USE THESE GIFT VOUCHERS FOR MYSELF?

Sure you can! If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store too.

At “payment options” during checkout, an extra box will appear. If you click this, you pay using the funds balance in your Gift Voucher Account. If there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase, just select a secondary payment option to top up the difference. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Voucher Account for the future.
