Forgotten password

Just click on the forgotten password tab in the Sign-In page. You will receive at once a new password on your email account.

  • Browse website
  • Click on product you are interested in
  • Amend quantity if more than 1 is required
  • Click on ‘add to cart’

When you’re done shopping,

  • Click on ‘my cart’ at top right corner
  • Fill in log-in details
  • Key in / select your billing and delivery addresses
  • Select delivery method
  • Provide payment details

Order confirmation

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify shipment of the products.

Order cancellation

Cancellations are not allowed once an order is confirmed and submitted.

VISA / Mastercard

VISA and Mastercard payments are processed directly through Worldpay’s secure server.

Bank Transfer

Details for your bank transfer will be provided on the checkout page and in the confirmation email.  After you have made the transfer, please email us at quoting your order and transaction details.

Collection of orders is fulfilled by World O’ Kidz Pte Ltd.  Collection will be from their warehouse at:

Delivery to Singapore addresses

For delivery to Singapore addresses, your order will be processed and delivered to you within 6-8 business days from payment receipt.   Our deliveryperson will contact you to coordinate a delivery timing.

Delivery charges are S$15 per location.  We provide free delivery for orders above S$200. 

Delivery to International addresses

For shipping to international addresses, we will have your order shipped to the freight forwarder within 6-8 business days from payment receipt.  The time it takes for your order to reach you will depend on the freight forwarder and the type of freight you choose.

Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package. We cannot be responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to us. We have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes, although our experience tells us that these fees are somewhat infrequent.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Packages refused by you due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country's postal system and will not be returned to us. You will receive no refund for these refused packages.

These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges. 

Shipping costs are automatically computed and displayed at checkout.  We provide indicative costs below.

The company has a no-refund policy.  In exceptional situations, any refund considered will be at the seller’s sole discretion.

Exchange policy

Our items have been carefully made to give you every satisfaction. However if you notice any manufacturer-default, we will exchange your purchase. We accept returns on items that are in their original unused condition. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be made for a replacement of lower value. The costs and risks incurred by returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your goods to request for an exchange quoting your order number, item and description to be returned and reasons for returning. Please arrange for exchange of the items at our warehouse.

For Singapore orders, items have to be returned to us within 14 days from the date of invoice. For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 28 days from the date of invoice.  We will process the exchange once we have received the your original item(s).
